We are delighted to have secured the services of New Zealand batsman Mitch Renwich for the coming season.

As well as playing, Mitch will also be involved in coaching our young players.

Here Mitch tells us a little about himself :

I am a 21 year old Kiwi and hold a British Passport through Dad being born in England. I have had a very successful season in NZ, playing a big part in the defence of the Hawke Cup for Manawatu and also playing regularly for Central Districts A (County 2nd X1). I have also had a hint of international experience playing some fixtures against the UAE as part of their World Cup preparations. When I can, I go back and captain my club side Marist who also boast current NZ players Ross Taylor and Adam Milne. I am extremely looking forward to coming to the UK for the third time and representing Christleton. I look forward to a successful summer, meeting the folk of the club and making some life-long friends.
